I get that question every time I tell someone about these pens. I can’t explain it in detail, but I know that these pens contain a special ink that actually has such color strength - less of it is needed to write. Combine that with an extra large ink chamber and you have a pen that isn’t going to run out of ink. The pressurized cartridge also insures that the ink inside the chamber will never dry up. When you combine the ingenious design on the inside with incredibly sharp design on the outside, you have a series of pens that is not for the casual user. You also have a great gift idea - if you have someone worthy enough in your life.
It’s that time again … the time when I find myself surfing the net for gift ideas. Of course, I do try to give a Fisher Space Pen to at least one person every year, so I spent a little time looking through the Cyber Space Pens site. As I stopped to look at the Lifetime Pens, I got a little sad because there is no one in my life who I would trust with such a treasure.
As I was making out my bills with my lovely Titanium Nitride Bullet Pen, I was thinking about how all this time I have gone on and on about Fisher Space Pens
and I only just figured out how they work. It was very woman of me to
only be concerned with the look of the pen and how perfectly it worked
and not worry about why. I am bad about getting my oil changed too.
Anyway, I am quite pleased with myself for finally taking some initiative, but now it seems no one ever asks me about Fisher Pens. Isn’t that always the way. I think I will just tell people without waiting for their inquiry … I’ll just casually bring it up in conversation. “Have you heard of Fisher Space Pens? You haven’t? Oh, here go to www.cyberspacepens.com. Okay, click on the Bullet Pens. Now check out the Lifetime Pens. Yeah they mean it — 80 years! Wanna know how they work? Let me break it down for you ….”
I think it’s always good to have a plan. I also think it might be time to get my oil changed.

There’s just enough time to order a pen, get it engraved, and have it at your door and ready to be given for Valentine’s Day.
Now, I know what your thinking … A pen for Valentine’s Day? Yes, it’s a great idea, especially if you are buying for a guy. An engraved Fisher Space Pen is personal, classy, practical, and fun. If you are buying for your sweetheart and you want to get a gift without giving the appearance of going overboard, there are several great options.
The Bullets, the X-750’s, and the X-Marks are all in the magic price range that says, I love you, without saying, I spent a fortune, so you’d better feel guilty if you didn’t!
Instead of just having his name engraved, be a little creative and
maybe put his nickname on there. Or, like my sweetheart would love,
get a Blueberry Lacquered Bullet Pen and put Go Cowboys on it. Unfortunately, I don’t love him enough to put Go Cowboys on anything!
Of course, if you are at that place in your relationship that allows for more spending on a gift, think about a Lifetime Pen. If you are planning to share a lifetime with this guy, giving a pen that promises to last as long as your love … that’s a pretty smooth gift.

Pens are incredible. A pen that will last longer than me without running
out of ink - how could I not have one or more of these pens on my favorites
list? One of the things I like most about these Fisher Space Pens, is that when I tell
people about them, they never believe me … I have to take them to the site to
prove I am not making it up. I don’t know why I find that so fun.
On to my specific favorite — the Millenium II - specifically the Black Titanium and Chrome with Black Ink Pen. Why this one? I like black and chrome and I prefer black ink - that’s it. I love the way it looks when it’s capped. It’s 4-1/4 inches when capped and 5-1/2 inches long with ready to write. The barrel of this pen is a little larger than your average pen at .460.
If I worked in an office and was not the type of person to lose things, I would love to have this pen. Unfortunately, I do lose things and I would be almost scared to own this pen. It is far too valuable to entrust to me - but it’s still one of my favorites!
